The identification and prioritization of a scope of capital works that required attention for the continued operations of this site was completed by JDA. A number of completed works included upgrading the water supply system, continuing the building painting program, instituting a wood window restoration program on site and restoring the wood frame windows of the Windsor Hotel, and restoring the water wheel support frame.
